Privacy Policy

"Numastroguide", "we" and "us" in this document mean Realroots International Private Limited, the company that operates numastroguide.com.

1. What we collect

When you order a report or consultation we collect the details you enter: your name, date of birth, gender, email address, WhatsApp number and, for some reports, birth time, birth place, partner details, mobile number or a floor plan. We also receive your payment status and order ID from our payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree). We never see or store your card or bank details.

2. Why we use it

To calculate and prepare your report, to deliver it by email or WhatsApp, to answer your questions, to send you order updates and reminders if you did not finish a purchase, and to tell you about related reports or offers from Numastroguide. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

3. Where it is stored and who sees it

Your order details are stored in our secure database and in our customer relationship system so that our team can prepare and support your order. We share only what is needed with our service providers: Razorpay and Cashfree (payment), our email delivery provider (sending your report) and WhatsApp (messages). We do not sell your information.

4. Advertising and analytics

Our pages use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure which ads bring visitors and purchases. These tools set cookies and may receive hashed information about your visit and purchase. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.

5. How long we keep it

Order details and reports are kept so that we can re-send your report or correct it, and as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time; we will keep only what the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.
