Terms of Service and Refund Policy
"Numastroguide", "we" and "us" in this document mean Realroots International Private Limited, the company that operates numastroguide.com.
1. What you are buying
Numastroguide sells personalised digital reports (numerology, Kundli and Vastu) and consultations. A report is prepared from the details you give us (such as your name, date of birth, gender, time and place of birth, or a floor plan) and delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, with a WhatsApp copy on request.
2. Delivery
Reports are normally delivered within 24 hours of payment. If we need a correction or clarification from you, delivery is counted from the time you reply. Check your spam folder and WhatsApp if you cannot find your report, then message us with your order number.
3. Your details
The report is calculated from the details you enter. You are responsible for entering them correctly. If you notice a mistake, message us on WhatsApp with your order number before the report is prepared and we will correct it free of charge. If a mistake on our side makes a report wrong, we fix it free.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the nature of our business (digital services and consulting), all sales are final. There is no refund and no cancellation once you have paid. Every report is prepared personally for you and delivered as a digital file. If you paid and did not receive your report within 3 working days after contacting us, we deliver it. If money was deducted twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Nature of the service
Numerology, astrology and Vastu are traditional systems of guidance. Our reports and consultations are for guidance and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or investment advice, and no outcome, result or timing is guaranteed. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal or financial matters.
6. Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase. Reports for minors may be ordered by a parent or guardian.
7. Intellectual property
The report is for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute it.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay and Cashfree). We do not store your card or bank details.
